What happens to the details you send us. Short and plain.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or the chat, we receive what you type: your name, your business, a phone number or email, and what you need. With it we keep the page you sent it from and, if you came from an ad or a link, its tag (for example “google-ads-click”).
The site counts visits with its own simple counter: the page, the referring site and whether it was a phone. No cookies, no names, no advertising profiles. If Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement is switched on, Google sets its own cookies under its own policy.
How we use it
Only to reply to you about your request, in writing, usually the same day, and to keep a record of what we agreed. We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
The chat assistant
The chat can be answered by an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic). Your messages are sent to it only to produce the replies. A conversation that does not end with your details is deleted within 24 hours. When you leave your details, the conversation is kept with them so our team can follow up.
Who handles it
The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives the forms. Requests reach our team by email and, if set up, by a private Telegram message. These services process the data only to deliver it to us.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we have about you, or ask us to delete it: reply to any of our messages or write through the contact page.
